When we connect, we will ask you for the details regarding your order including:
- Number and size of gifts (estimate is fine)
- Style and color preference of wrapping
- Desired date of service
- If you prefer to drop off or wish to use our pick up and delivery service
Prior to handing items over to us please:
- Label your gifts, indicating the recipient’s name, age, sex and gift description
- Ensure each gift is in a box. For breakable items make sure item is protected by appropriate packaging material such as bubble wrap. For your convenience, we can provide boxes and packaging materials for a fee.
Your gifts will be "Gift Wrapped for You" within 48 hours.
Your gifts are secure:
- When you handover your gifts, a "Gift Log Inventory" will be completed and signed by you and us.
- Before we transfer the wrapped gifts back to you, with you present, we will match the gifts with the items listed on the "Gift Log Inventory"
A detailed invoice will be provided to you.
Payment is due upon pick-up or delivery.
